Who We Are
TexVents is a small, family-owned business. When you call, you’ll get me, Jeff Williams. I’m the proud owner of TexVents, and I will also perform your service. I take pride in making all my customers feel like they’ve called the right guy.
I’m a family man, and I love to do anything outdoors. I especially love fly fishing. There are lots of cool places to wet a fly here in Texas. So if you like to fish, let’s trade tall tales!
I bring over forty years of customer service to every call. I’ve been serving people all of my career, from my early beginnings at General Electric, to my years as a corporate Customer Service manager and trainer. From there I partnered with one of my brothers in Florida performing these very services for a community who was eager to choose someone who stood out for the right reasons: It was and still is a commitment to treating people right. Being a Texas boy from childhood, I moved back here a few years ago and started TexVents. I have always believed that respecting people and treating them like you would your own family is the only way. It’s my way.
Would you like for someone to give you an honest price over the phone, one that will stand until it’s time to settle up? I would! I try very hard to provide exceptional service at a fair price. I’ve been doing this long enough that I can almost always quote you the end price when we talk on the phone. I am happy to do that. Yes, there are times when I discover things during the inspection or service that need extra attention. It is then that I will stop and SHOW you what I have found. You alone will make the decision from there. I promise no unpleasant surprises when it comes time to pay your bill. Greater than 90% of the time, it will be the price we discussed over the phone.
There is no fluff, large overhead, and no peddling of unnecessary products or services. I am a local professional who talks straight and sincerely wants to earn your business.
